My name is Soshanna Hayhoe and I trained to be a HypnoBirthing® Practitioner in 2009 after using the technique for the birth of my son in October 2008. It was such a wonderful experience that it completely changed the direction of my life and I felt compelled to teach other expecting women the technique so that they too could have the birth of their dreams. I am teaching both from my home in Tower Hamlets, East London and also in the privacy of couples own homes.

This is me just half an hour after my son's HypnoBirth sitting in the comfort of my own bedroom.

Making eye contact and connecting with my son, fully aware, completely awake in the minutes after birth was the most amazing experience. I was standing in the birthing pool and had not yet birthed the placenta.

"Before you were conceived I wanted you. Before you were born I loved you. Before you were here an hour I would die for you. This is the miracle of love." ♥ ~Maureen H

Calm, relaxed babies also have a higher success rate of breastfeeding. This is a picture of Joshua's first latch. For more information about biological nurturing or the breast crawl watch this video: breast crawl
