HypnoBirthing® Course Info
The course consists of 5 classes of 2
1/2 hours over 5 weeks either in
a group setting or on a private basis. As a work from home mum in Tower Hamlets I am able to be very flexible with course days and times so be sure to call to book your place. If you are near your birthing date alternate arrangements can always be made and a more intense programme followed.
Please book well in advance to avoid
disappointment as courses tend to fill up quickly. Groups are kept
small (2-4 couples) to ensure that individual needs are met and that techniques are
mastered so that you can have confidence in your ability to give
birth using HypnoBirthing®.
How much is the course?
HypnoBirthing® GROUP course is £290.
HypnoBirthing® GROUP course with one private session £340.
HypnoBirthing®
PRIVATE Classes in your own home are £450.
A 10% discount
applies for full payment up front at the time of booking if at least two weeks prior to the start of class. If not paying
up front, please either arrange a deposit with the balance by the first
class, or call me to arrange a payment plan over a number of weeks. Once payment has been received your HypnoBirthing book and Cd will be sent to you.
I am happy to work out a payment plan for you if you
need it. Please call to discuss your needs.

What Do My Fees Pay For?
· All 12 1/2 hours of lessons, materials,
CD & books, plus follow up contact via phone and email before and
after your birthing.
· The HypnoBirthing® book, CD and handouts.
· Viewing of actual HypnoBirthing® births on DVD.
· A personalised birth plan.
· The provision of ongoing support letters providing encouragement,
information and reinforcement of all of the things taught in
HypnoBirthing®.
· Payment of my time, allowing me to
do the work I love, whilst being a stay-at-home-mum to my children
· Professional development fees, costs of re-certification classes and
further education for your benefit
· Administration, printing,
stationery, advertising, website, and costs associated with running the
program (I do my best to keep all costs to a minimum)
You will be taught:
· Deep relaxation, self hypnosis and visualisation techniques
· The simple yet specific
HypnoBirthing® breathing techniques
· Massage techniques designed to
release endorphins
· Fear-release methods to overcome any
concerns about the birth and future parenting skills
· Effective birthing positions
· Basic physiology of birth
· Methods of bonding with your baby
prior to birth
· And much more…
Cancellation Policy
I offer a full refund if you cancel up to two weeks before the
starting date, and if you return the book and CD to me undamaged.
(If either are damaged, the cost of the book and CD will be deducted
from your refund).
The cancellation policy is as follows:
More than two weeks before start date: 100% refund of monies paid less the
cost of a damaged book/CD (if applicable)
More than one week before
start date: 50% refund of monies paid less the cost of a damaged
book/CD (if applicable)
Less than one week before start date: No
refund.
